• PA State Criminal Background Check
• PA Child Abuse History Clearance
• FBI Waiver OR FBI Fingerprint Check (code 1KG6ZJ)
• City Release Waiver (18+)
  OR
• Parental Release Waiver for Minors (16-17)

Additional requirements for adults (18+):

• National Sex Offender Registry Verification
• Safe Schools Mandated Reporter Training
