The Citywide OST data management system primarily tracks demographics, enrollment, attendance and other related information for each network’s youth participants. Program level data is shared with each specific network and is shared publicly in the aggregate.

RetentionThe chart above shows the percentage of Citywide OST participants from School Year 2016 who returned to attend the same OST program the following school year (SY 2017). Students in 8th or 12th grade were grouped in a separate category, since most students in these grade levels would have aged out of their programs and therefore not have been expected to return the following school year.
