Engaging youth, families and the community in OST will improve the quality of life in our neighborhoods.

Understanding demand for OST:
Through Philadelphia’s current OST data system (Efforts to Outcomes) and a survey of City-funded OST entities, we mapped the first ever capacity study of OST in Philadelphia.  This work has yielded interesting information that led to this question—how do parents make decisions around OST for their children?  Research for Action has been engaged to develop a parent survey to help us further refine our community engagement efforts.
